NORLUX
The NORLUX Neuro-Oncology is an international research collaboration between the Medical Faculty, University of Bergen and Centre de Recherche Public-Santé, Luxembourg.

The project is headed by professor Rolf Bjerkvig, Department of Biomedicine, and represents a centre of excellence within all fields of Neuro-Oncology. The activities within NORLUX Neuro-Oncology range from advanced basic science through translational research (proof of principle) to clinical implementation. The centre has a critical mass of research personal within all the three major fields of medical research (basic science, translational research and clinics). Through identification of new therapeutic targets and treatment strategies, the centre has established close relationships with biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry.
