Hovedinnhold

Climate change is raising profound challenges at every level, and to every part and member of society. Confronting and resolving issues regarding both causes and consequences of climate change is of utmost urgency and this calls for collaboration and knowledge-sharing that crosses both disciplines and borders. We therefore invite undergraduate and graduate students from all countries and academic disciplines to participate in the first-ever Bergen International Student Conference, or BISC, on the theme Climate and Society: Transformations in the 21st Century.

There is no fee for attending the conference, but please note that registration is binding. The online registration form can be found here. The preliminary conference program can be found here and below. We urge all participants to seek out financial assistance regarding accommodation and travel expenses at their institutions. If you have any questions regarding the conference, send an email to collaboratory@uib.no.
