Social activities for employees
Information about various social activities and offers from the welfare committee can be found on the intranet. In addition, the International Staff Services send out information about these activities/offers by email.
Participating in activities for UiB staff can be an opportunity to expand your social network on the university. Through the membership the university has in the INNetwork, employees (and guests of the university) and their families can participate for free at their monthly gatherings and activities, meeting other foreign employees in Bergen. Please notify us if you want to receive information about these activities by email.
The International Staff Services has arranged quiz and pub-nights, hiking in the mountain and guided city walks. We would very much appreciate if you have any suggestions for coming activities and/or would like to participate arranging such activities. Please contact us at: researcher-helpdesk@uib.no
We also want to remind you that on the intranet, you can find information about offers from the welfare committee; the university cabins, Ulriken-card, discounts on theatre and concerts etc.
