University Liaison Office

The University of Bergen’s Office of Community Relations was established in 2010 as a direct result of the University of Bergen’s external relations report.

The function of the office is to be an easily accessible and visible point of contact for the outside world. The office will communicate the importance of having an international research university in the region and show the university's activities. The office is a resource for the University executive group as well as for the faculties, institutes and departments in their work with external relations.

The office also has Secretariat responsibilities for the Christie conference and project management responsibility for the University of Bergen Alumni.
