Aim and Content
The course describes available methods for monotoring population structure and abundance og fish stocks with emphasize on relative and absolute abundance estimation.It deals with trawl survey methods, egg and larvae survey methods, acoustic survey methods and tagging methods. Principles for using sampling design in surveys are given.
