Aim and Content
The aim of the course is to provide the students with a general understanding in basic modern meteorological instrumentation and train them by practical exercises in all skills required for carrying out experiments and field work, including calibration.
The course is divided into different tasks. The students will learn about quality control and calibration of different meteorological instruments, and besides procedures for carrying out field experiments. They will also participate in a field campaign, measuring different meteorological quantities parameters in the boundary layer. During the course, the students are responsible for reports, documenting the activity in different tasks and with analyzes of the results from the tasks.
