Learning Outcomes
After completing the course the student can:
- make programs that analyzes data from different types of experiments that generate large amount of data from genomes and theire functions, and have good understanding of belonging informatics methods
- make programs that integrate the resulting data and use existing informations from databases and other sources

Aim and Content
The course gives an introduction to selected large-scale experimental methods to survey biological systems, with special emphasis on methods to analyse the resulting data. We will especially deal with problems connected to micro-matrix- and proteom-technology.
