Mentor Week
The Mentor Week is organised at the start of the autumn semester for all new students. Current students at your faculty volunteer to be mentors for a group of new students, and guide you around Bergen and the campus area. The programme consists of a number of social and cultural activities.
The Mentor Week generally lasts from Monday 12 August to Friday 16 August (longer at some faculties).
The mentors guide their group through various activites in single groups or bigger joint events. They will show you the city of Bergen and the University campus, and will also give you an insight into student life in Bergen from a student perspective. The activities range between lunch in the park and different sports events, to parties.
There are separate Mentor Week programmes at each faculty, and you will find the programme for your faculty in the menu on the right.

Mentor Week
The start of a new semester also has a social dimension. Here you will find the program for the Mentor Week at the Faculty of Psychology, where old students lead the new students through a week of social events and happenings.
