Mathematics and statistics
Mathematics is the basis for all forms of technical and scientific education. Among other things, it includes concepts such as numbers, quantities and the relationships between them. Mathematics is said to be the language of nature. Through mathematics, we structure and organise the world we live in, including nature and technology.
