There are many users who contact us each day and we prefer that you use e-mail if it's possible. Internal users at the University of Bergen has their own electronic helpdesk where they can report errors or order tasks conserning building maintainance, transportation, moving, outdoor areas etc. - it's called Needs Message - Behovsmelding EIA(norwegian).

Internal users at the University of Bergen has their own electronic helpdesk where they can report errors concerning building maintainance - it's called Needs Message- Behovsmelding EIA (norwegian).

Operating areas also have a contact phone for our users. This contact phone can be used in emergency situations. Operating areas attend the contact phone from 07.00 to 14.30 monday-friday. Beside this there are a guardservice who answers the contact phone.
