The 2015 Spring Semester Seminar Series will reflect analytical and ethnographic legacies of the department as well as present people and themes that relate to both its history and its current research profile. We have an exciting and thematically broad-ranging programme which looks to the past, present and future. In addition to presenters from among the ranks of the Department’s own academic staff, there will be seminars by renowned anthropologists from institutions internationally who have special links to the Department.

The series is designed to give both old and new friends of the Department a taste of its fantastically vibrant research milieu, its strong international network and public engagement, and the lasting legacies of its founding members. See attached PDF for the seminar program.
