2020 - Yaping Hua

Born 1986, holds an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and was a PhD candidate in the Kalland group until May 2020. Her project focused on discovery of leading compounds and their molecular targets in prostate tumor initiating cells.

Yaping Hua completed her PhD May 4, 2020. Dissertation title: "Discovery and characterization of novel STAT3 and androgen receptor inhibitors in prostate cancer cells." Supervisors were Professor Karl-Henning Kalland and Professor Xisong Ke. See press release.
