Aim and Content
The course provides an introduction to how to describe, analyse and discuss biological signal data and results. The course also includes tools for numeric calculations and graphic presentation and technical text production, including literature searches and the handling of references. The course includes a mandatory home assignment.
After completion of the course, the student should be able to:
- Explain the use of tools for production of text, figures and references.
- Explain and critically evaluate the structure of a scientific paper.
- Master efficient tools for production of text and figures when writing abstracts, scientific papers, Master´s theses and posters.
