Nearly one year ago, we welcomed Leonardo Flores to UiB for a year as a Fulbright Scholar. Leo has taught parts of four different courses in Digital Culture (on electronic literature, games, digital media aesthetics and online identity) and has been much loved by students and faculty alike. He has also participated in the Electronic Literature Research Group, where his daily work on the I <3 E-Poetry blog has been motivating to us all. We have found many common interests and developed many shared projects, not least being the visualisations and the connections between I <3 E-Poetry and the ELMCIP Electronic Literature Knowledge Base.

We look forwards to much further collaboration with Leonardo in the future, and also to welcoming our Fulbright Scholar for 2013/14, Judd Morrissey. Applications for the 2014/15 year are currently open with an application deadline of August 1
