Moving

Moving is ordered through the Demand notice (Lydia)

The moving routines shall:
- clarify the division of responsibilities between the user unit and EIA when moving
- ensure good planning and implementation of the moving process
- ensure standardisation of the tasks that are to be planned and carried out
- safeguard efficient use of resources

Manager in charge of the move

The user unit itself has the overall responsibility for planning and carrying out all preparations in connection with the move. A manager in charge of the move will be appointed who will have this responsibility among the unit's own employees. The manager in charge of the move is the users' point of contact for the move and is responsible for all coordination of employees and any students who will be moving.

User contact

The Estate and Facilities Management division shall assist with coordination in connection with the move, and appoints the user contact in cases where there is a need to coordinate the users' and others' interests and tasks in the moving process.


Transport and park section

The Transport and park section shall assist the users and order the move in accordance with the framework agreement with the removal company. See moving routines for a more detailed description
