Day 11
We stopped briefly just outside the fjords so that a Discovery hired helicopter could do some aerial shots of the ship – both stationery and at full power.

Daily report:
All the scientists have been busy packing down their labs. The shipping crates have been carried to the stern deck where Stig is in charge of loading up the pallets for shipping back to Bergen. They will be sent via a coastal shipping service as the G.O.Sars will not be back to Bergen before November. Then the labs have to be washed down ready for the next scientific party.
The Discovery team is taking their last shots. One of the crew has rigged up a way to fasten the camera to a winch on both the bow and stern to take panorama shots.
