Lunch concert in the University Aula with world-class pianists
Welcome to a free piano concert with 6 excellent young pianists from all around the world, who are all in Bergen to participate in The International Edvard Grieg Piano Competition!

The concert will take place in the beautiful, newly restored University Aula. The pianists are among the 12 who have come through to the second round of the competition.
The concert will be a "drop in" event where doors will open every 15 minutes to let audiences in or out. Entrance is free. Who is playing, and what will be played? Time will show!
The Edvard Grieg International Piano Competition takes place between the 3rd and the 10th of September, hosted by the Edvard Grieg Museum Troldhaugen in cooperation with the Grieg Academy - dept. of music (University of Bergen) and Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra - among others.
The competiton is sponored by the Gerhard Jebsen Foundation.
