ELIXIR.NO Opening

ELIXIR.NO is an infrastructure project coordinated by the University of Bergen supported by the Research Council of Norway through its infrastructure program and five Norwegian Universities. An important aim of the project is to build a Norwegian Node in the pan-­‐European infrastructure ELIXIR for bioinformatics. The project builds on the FUGE Bioinformatics platform for bioinformatics (established 2002) and will extend its operation of a National help desk providing bioinformatics infrastructure, services, and training to users in academia, government and industry.
