Daniel Thiel is a PhD-fellow in Andreas Hejnols forskningsgruppe at Sars International Centre for Marine Molecular Biology, and a PhD-student at the Department of Molecular Biology.  The trial lecture is part of the formal evaluation for the doctoral degree (philosophiae doctor, PhD).
