"Per Hannevold...has excellent tone and a full and rich presence... This is a fantastic release." (American Record Guide on "Music for Per")
Per Hannevold is one of the world's master bassoonists. I've known his playing for nigh on fifteen years because he is the principal bassoonist in the Festival Orchestra every summer at the Aspen Music Festival. I have never heard him play anything other than beautifully and with keen musicianship. (Amazon on "Music for Per")
