Work spaces for students

The Faculty of Psychology have both reading rooms and computer rooms available on campus.

Reading rooms

Master's students

Students on the Master's Programme in Global Development have several reading rooms on the 1st floor (called 2B) at Vektertorget, Christies gate 13.

Also, it is possible to study in the reading rooms on the ground floor and at the Psychology, Education and Health Library on the 1st floor in the Bjørn Christiansen Building, Christies gate 12.

 

Exchange students

Exchange students at the Faculty of Psychology may use these reading rooms:

Bjørn Christiansens hus, Christies gate 12

At the ground floor there are reading rooms with work stations and group rooms available for all students at the faculty. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08.00-19.00, and Saturdays 08.00-14.00, given that you use your student card as a key card.

Also, it is possible to study at the Psychology, Education and Health Library in the Bjørn Christiansen Building, Christies gate 12.

The Sydneshaugen School Building, Sydnesplass 9

The open reading rooms are available for students at the Faculty of Psychology. Some rooms may be restricted.

Opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 08.00 to 20.00, given that you use your student card as a key card.

 

Computer rooms

Master's students

Students on the Master's Programme in Global Development have access to a computer room in the basement in the Bjørn Christiansen Building, Christies gate 12. There are also wireless Internet connections available on campus.

There are several work spaces with computers at the Psychology, Education and Health Library on the 1st floor of the Bjørn Christiansen Building, Christies gate 12.

Do you need help?
On the ground floor, next to the main entrance in the Bjørn Christiansen building, there is a PC-assistant who can help with technical issues like use of software and printing services. Also, see User support for students.

 

Exchange students

Computer room 402 on the 3rd floor of the Ulrike Pihl building, Professor Keysersgate 1, is reserved for students at the Faculty of Psychology.

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 08.00 to 20.00
Saturday:  10.00 to 17.00
Sunday: 12.00 to 19.00

Also,there are several work spaces with computers at the Psychology, Education and Health Library, in the Bjørn Christiansen Building, Christies gate 12.

Do you need help?
