Evaluation of teaching and courses/
study programmes

The university carries out evaluations at two levels: on an ongoing basis with the emphasis on the system for and implementation of teaching of individual courses (course evaluation), and in the form of more comprehensive evaluations focusing on individual study programmes and the education offered in a programme perspective (study programme evaluation).

In addition to participating in the teaching of courses, course coordinators are also responsible for evaluation of the courses. The chair of the programme board/committee is responsible for evaluation of the study programme.

The evaluation of courses and study programmes must be documented in written reports. Reports on courses must be considered by the programme board in question. The reports must be made available to students, employees and other interested parties in the Study Quality Database.
