Global Change Ecology Reading Group

The Global Change Ecology reading group covers papers that focus on identifying emerging potential research areas that are of relevance to members of the EECRG.

Main content

Defining Global Change Ecology in the broadest sense, we will look at papers which focus on aspects of environmental change that have implications for ecological systems from local to global scales, including increasing UV-B radiation, nitrogen cycling, climate change, biodiversity loss, etc. We want discussions to be general and broad, and not system/location focused.

Members of the group are invited to bring along papers that could be of interest the group. We then select papers to read and discuss at the next meeting. We shall organise it so that anybody who is interested gets to lead the discussion at least once per semester.
