Biorecognition best research group at the faculty

Biorecognition won the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry prize for best research group.

The Biorecognition group, with Prof. Aurora Martinez as PI, received the prize for the best research group at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, primarily for their work on the aromatic amino acid hydroxylases. The prize of NOK 100.000 will be an important contribution to the ongoing research for the development of new therapeutics for major metabolic and neurological diseases.
