Scandomit 2010

The next Scandomit meeting will be held in Bergen from Wednesday 20th to Friday 22nd January, 2010. The meeting is open for mitochondrial researchers from the whole Nordic region.

Leaders of three different mitochondrial research groups at the University of Bergen make up the organizing commitee:

Laurence A. Bindoff, Mitochondrial Disease research group, Department of Clinical Medicine.
Mathias Ziegler, NAD goup, Department of Molecular Biology.
Karl Johan Tronstad, Department of Biomedicine.

Venue and transport

Scandomit 2010 will be held at Solstrand Hotel, beatifully situated near Os, by the Bjornefjord, 30 km south of Bergen centre and the airport. The Hotel offers a professional conference service, as well as a wonderful bath and SPA facility, and surroundings that invite you to enjoy outdoor activities.

Scandomit 2010 - Programme

The programme for Scandomit 2010 is out. On January 20-22., 70 participants will meet in beautiful Solstrand Hotel to discussion various topics related to mitochondrial function, genetics and disease. Invited talks will be given by top researchers in the field.
