Scottish and Norwegian microbiology prize winners

Professor Tracy Palmer of the University of Dundee has been appointed a Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award holder. In Norway, the Møbius Prize for 2010 is awarded to eminent microbiologist University of Bergen's Professor Tron Frede Thingstad at the Department of Biology.
