Service Policy
NorProteomics follows a simple policy regarding the division between service and collaboration. The former entails work performed in its entirety by technical staff without the involvement of the facility`s scientific staff. Collaboration entails cases in which the competencies of the scientific staff is needed and these contribute actively towards solving the research questions.
Main content
Further, each node has its areas of main competencies as well as limited capacity. It is thus up to each node to prioritize or forward users to other nodes according to an assessment of feasibility, own competencies and capaciy. Please consult the overview of availible methods within the consortium.
