SKOK collaborates with a variety of partners.

SKOK collaborates with several national and international institutions, research groups, and independent researchers. In Norway, SKOK is a member of The National Academic Council for Gender Research, and of the National Research School in Gender Research.

Internationally, SKOK has a bilateral agreement of collaboration with the Department of Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies at Duke University (USA), and we also collaborate with researchers at the Department of Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies at Barnard College in New York (USA), and at Withwaterand University in Johannesburg (South Africa). We also collaborate with international researchers through WUN (Worldwide Universities Network).

SKOK is also a member of RINGS International Research Network of Institutions of Advanced Gender Studies. From 2015 SKOK hosts The Nordic Network: Gender, Body, Health, and is a partnered institution in the project New Tools for Transnational Analysis in Postgraduate Intersectional Gender Research - Towards Long-Term International Collaborations in Doctoral and Postdoctoral Training in collaboration with  Linköping University, University of Western Cape og the Central European University.
