Guidelines for study leave for candidates with external employer
If you have been granted leave on basis of welfare rights (e.g. paternal or sick leave) you must submit documentation informing us on the new end date of your fellowship. Your student right will subsequently be prolonged in accordance with your new end date.
Under normal circumstances study leave will not be granted for other paid work while you have a PhD fellowship. Permission to perform other paid work may be granted if this serves the interest of your project.
