UPED633 Interactive Teaching Using Electronic Response Systems

The course aims to provide training in interactive teaching with practical use of electronic response systems in teaching situations.

The course is practically oriented with emphasis on demonstration and practice in the use of interactive teaching using electronic response systems.

The course runs over three dagar, as follows:

  1. day: Introduction: Why and how one can use various electronic response systems for interactive teaching. Review of research literature on the subject. Description and demonstration of how these systems work. Examples of such systems are Socrative and Fling, which is based on students' own mobile Platforms (mobile, tablet, laptop, etc.).
  2. day: Exercises in creating interactive educational programs with the use of electronic response systems
  3. day: Participants in the course present their own interactive educational programs with the use of electronic response systems

Participation of at least 80 percent of the course. Conducting exercises in the use of interactive teaching using electronic response systems.
