Contract negotiation, preparation and signatures
The Department of Research Management is responsible for reviewing and authorising on behalf of the University research-related contracts with external parties.
Research contracts cover many situations, such as the provision of funding in connection with research projects or the exchange of confidential information and research tools or materials. Contracts are entered into with a wide range of external bodies including other universities, companies, government departments and agencies, charities and individuals.
