Margit Ystanes defended her thesis
In June 2011 Margit Ystanes defended her PhD thesis. Ystanes's thesis is entitled "Precarious Trust. Problems of Managing Self and Sociality in Guatema"

With the successful defence of her thesis in June 2011, Margit Ystanes's PhD research project on the Guatemalan material has been finalised. During her defence, professor Diane M. Nelson from Duke University and professor Penelope Harvey from University of Manchester acted as opponents. A full description of the thesis (in Norwegian) is available here.
