The research group Bergen Pacific Studies is located in the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Bergen, Norway, and is the outcome of several years’ concerted effort towards strengthening this regional research focus through increasing the number of participating scholars, expanding the participation in international projects, and consolidating a range of connected research topics.
