Research Groups

Research at the Institute covers a number of main directions of philosophy as well as its main theme. The research is characterized in part by individual research projects and in part cooperation within the department's five research groups (see the menu on the right)

In connection with the research groups it has been developed a wide network of international contacts that are essential for the institute's research profile. Our international network is also an important resource to invite visiting scholars and guest lecturers, who among other things, contribute to our research seminars and conferences. Research groups gathers established researchers, PhD candidates and master students.
