Babies Born Past Term Associated With Increased Risk of Cerebral Palsy
While preterm birth is a known risk factor for cerebral palsy, an examination of data for infants born at term or later finds that compared with delivery at 40 weeks, birth at 37 or 38 weeks or at 42 weeks or later was associated with an increased risk of cerebral palsy, according to a study by Dag Moster and his colleagues at the UiB.

If you have presented a poster or had an oral presentation at a scientific meeting or a conference in 2011, you are welcome to submit your work. It is possible to submit several abstracts, but each abstract can only be submitted once (either as a poster or as an oral presentation).
