Criminal Law Theory - A New Norwegian Approach
Criminal Law Theory – A New Norwegian Approach is an attempt to move the Norwegian criminal law and criminal law science forwards in a more theoretical direction than what has been the traditional approach. The programme is made possible through funding from the Bergen Research Foundation, the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen and the University of Bergen. The programme is carried out at the Faculty of Law, and is closely connected to the research group in criminal law.
