The Grieg Academy
The Grieg Academy comprises both artistic and scientific disciplines, and offers study programmes on Bachelor, Master and Ph D levels in performance for international students. As a member of both Nordic and European networks we also offer exchange possibilities within the NordPlus and Erasmus programmes in addition to bilateral agreements in USA, Japan and several other countries.

Norwegian Artistic Research Fellowship Programme
Applications to the institution must be submitted by December 1 2012 for entrance in October 2013. We advice all potential applicants to make contact with the Grieg Academy well within this date.

Application to the Master programme in Performance or Composition
The application deadline is December 1 2012 for entrance in August 2013. The applicant must have completed a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent at the time of application. Students are admitted on the basis of individual auditions which also include a proposed special subject area. A high level of excellence is required to be admitted to the programme.

The Nordplus (Classical)/Nordpuls (Jazz)/Nordtrad (folk music at the Ole Bull Academy) programmes comprises all the Nordic and Baltic music Academies.
