Welcome to the Institute of Medicine
The institute is responsible for teaching and research in internal medicine at the University.
Most of the institute is located at Haukeland University Hospital, and the administration and laboratories are located here.
Some of our teaching takes place at other hospitals in the region such as Deaconess Home Hospital Haraldsplass, the Regional hospitals in Førde, Haugesund and Stavanger
