Bilateral student exchange
The University of Bergen both sends and receives short-term exchange students to and from many institutions around the world.
Short-term student exchanges that are not organised through the Erasmus network or Nordplus networks are regulated by our portfolio of bilateral student exchange agreements. To date, there are about 140 active bilateral student exchange agreements.
The University of Bergen establishes new agreements according to the needs of our faculties and departments. The existing portfolio of agreements reflects the international cooperation in which UiB's academic staff is engaged.
If you wish to apply for an exchange at the University of Bergen, please contact the international coordinator at your home university as all exchange students must be nominated by their home institution.
