F are within walking distance to the conference arenas. accommodations
listed in categories E + G are 10 min. by bus/car. in categories
E - G, room mates will be allocated at random, all prices
per person and sharing bedrooms, small apartments 3-4 persons
and large apartments 6-8 persons.

cancellations
|

all changes must be made in writing
to TRAVEL PLANNERS. no
changes are valid until confirmed by Travel Planners.
If cancellation is made prior to June 15th 2002, the
registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of
NOK 500 for administration fees. no registration fee
refunds will be made for cancellations received after
June 15th 2002. accommodation payments will be refunded
in full if the cancellation is received within July
1st 2002.

the ISME 2002 congress, and/or corporate identities/private
individuals who are acting as representatives of the
congress, hereunder included is Travel Planners of Scandinavia
Ltd., shall under no circumstances be liable for any
delay, cancellation, personal injury, accident, illness,
loss or damaged property that may occur before, during
or after the ISME 2002 congress in Bergen, Norway. each
individual participant must make sure they have valid
travel insurance and passport before leaving their country
of origin. the participants must also ensure, if applicable,
that they possess a valid visa for entering Norway.
please check with the Foreign Department in your country
of origin in case of uncertainty. the submission of
this electronic registration form, or your signature
on the paper version of the registration form, confirms
your acknowledgement and acceptance of this waiver.
