TRADE SHOW Dear Exhibitor, On behalf of the Conference Organising Group of SAMSPEL - ISME 2002, it gives us great pleasure to offer you this unique opportunity to exhibit at the 25th World Congress of the International Society for Music Education (ISME). SAMSPEL - the ISME 2002 Conference is set to become an exciting experience! Edvard Grieg's hometown is busy preparing to host a multitude of music teachers, researchers and musicians form all over the world. There will be more than 300 separate events in and around Bergen, such as lectures, concerts, workshops, presentations, meetings and tours and up to 2000 participants from all continents are expected to take part in this comprehensive program of activities. More information about SAMSPEL -ISME 2002 is available in the registration brochure for conference participants. The main conference will take place in the Grieghallen (The Grieg Hall in English) Congress Centre, situated in Bergen city centre and within walking distance of most hotels. The Grieghallen is renowned for its professionalism and is purpose built to cater for combined conference and exhibition events. The layout of the centre maximises the exhibitors' need for participant interaction and networking opportunities. The exhibition area itself is located in the immediate vicinity of the meeting rooms - and will be opened to all on Tuesday the 13th of August. In addition to the strategic positioning of the exhibition stands, the Conference Organising Group has decided to further increase the marketing potential for exhibitors by interspersing coffee points throughout the exhibition area, thus ensuring that delegates will be attracted to the stands during the breaks. Maximum exposure and networking opportunities are therefore guaranteed to you as an exhibitor during SAMSPEL- ISME 2002 in Bergen! The cost per stand (8 sq. meters i.e. 2 x 4 meters), including
listing of company name, address, tel/fax/e-mail and contact person
under "Exhibitors" is NOK 8000. The price of the stand excludes any additional stand equipment or furniture. Items such as carpets, tables, chairs, spot lights etc., must be ordered and paid for separately. See the enclosed Exhibitor Registration Form.
