IT support
The IT department offers IT user support to students and employees at UiB and Uni Research.
IT-help is the portal for IT users at UiB, and will hopefully help or give answer to your question.
If you need further assistance:
- All users with a user account and Internet access can register IT problems or questions at bs.uib.no.
- Students can also contact PC helpers at the faculties' PC rooms.
- Employees may access the helpdesk BRITA on (+47) 555 84700.
- Visitors also have access to some IT services
