Hva er matematikk?

Hva er forskjellen på statistikk, ren matematikk og annvendt matematikk? Og hva handler det egentlig om?

Der er sikkert mange som lurer på om ikke al matematikk allerede er oppfundet og hvordan det i det hele tatt kan være mulig som student å skape ny matematikk.
