There are two types of documentation available for candidates participating in seminars/courses arranged by Grieg Research School.

Transcript of grades
The examination results will be announced at the StudentWeb from where a transcript of grades may be ordered by the candidate. If the candidate does not have access to StudentWeb, a transcript of grades may be ordered by sending an email to infosenter@sa.uib.no, including name, birth date and the address to where transcript should be sent. The transcript of grades is the official and valid document issued by the University of Bergen.
Certificate of Participation
In addition to transcript of grades Grieg Research School will issue a Certificate of Participation. This will be sent to the candidate by mail as soon as the examination results are announced. The Certificate of Participation is not an official document.
