I forbindelse med disputas for ph.d.-graden vil Victor Chimhutu holde prøveforelesning over temaet:

“Is there a potential conflict between the "culture of rewarding performance" at the donor and health system level versus the intrinsic motivation of the individual health worker (in Tanzania) and what are the possible policy initiatives, trends, possibilities and constraints to address this?”
