Separation of Powers and 1814 (2006-2010)

My doctoral thesis is a study of the reception and the application of the principle of separation of powers in the Norwegian constitution of 1814. I discuss the Norwegian constitution in the light of contemporary international constitutional theory and foreign constitutions, as well as Dano-Norwegian constitutional doctrine and practice on the last half of the 18th century.
