The code of Coduct for recruitment of Reasearchers
A common European aim is to increase transparancy of employment, improve researchers working conditions and meet challenges of mobility.
This work is operativ at local, national and European level. The European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, commonly referred to together as the Charter and Code, are a result of this work. The University of Bergen have signed the charter and code.
