Translational Medicine

Bergen Hospital Trust and the University of Bergen are collaborating on a research programme in translational medicine. The programme includes projects within the fields of neuroscience, diabetes and cancer.

Translational Cancer Research.

This research programme takes up issues concerning both the university’s basic research and the clinical activity at the hospital, and aims to provide increased competency in both the laboratory and the clinic.

Professor Jim Lorens, Department of Biomedicine, is head of the programme.
