Opening a Bank Account

An ID number must be issued before a bank account can be opened.

Employees at UiB who cannot open a bank account on commencement of employment will receive advance payments of wages by cheque. In order to get cash without having to pay a  high handling fee, use the same bank that issued the cheque.
