EECRG and Elevational Diversity Gradients

The study of plant richness along elevational gradients has been a particular research interest of the EECRG in, for example, Norway, Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet.

The international high-impact journal Ecography has recently published a special virtual issue on The Patterns and Causes of Elevational Diversity Gradients, comprising 29 key papers that have been published in Ecography on this topic. Three of these papers are by past or present member of the EECRG - John-Arvid Grytnes, Arvid Odland, and John Birks.
